Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of payment receipt. Backdrop orders have a 48-72 business hour window as we print based on orders. Please note that during peak seasons, processing time may take longer.
Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your location, including standard ground shipping and expedited shipping. Shipping fees will vary based on your location and the size of your order. We offer free shipping domestically within Australia for orders over a value over $250.
Domestic Shipping: Standard domestic shipping generally takes 5-7 business days to arrive from dispatch, while expedited shipping usually arrives within 2-3 business days from dispatch.
Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping, however, please note that shipping times may take longer than domestic shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be incurred.
International shipping may take anywhere between 7 to 21 days, depending on the destination. However, shipping times may be longer in some cases due to location or other factors beyond our control.
Please make sure to double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for any delays or lost shipments due to incorrect shipping information.

Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Propsyland for your creative needs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged. Please read our return policy carefully to understand our policies and procedures.
Product Damages: We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in good condition and all products undergo careful inspection prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email (hello@propsyland.com) within 48 hours of delivery and include photo references of the damaged product and packaging - DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Please note: All orders are carefully cross-checked and reviewed before shipping with photo evidence; therefore, some minor damage (cosmetic) requests may not be accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Should your item arrive damaged, we will raise a dispute with our postal representative and either offer you a replacement or a partial refund for the cost of the broken item, pending the condition and stock availability.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@propsyland.com.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
