No returns for change of mind

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for changes of mind, incorrect choice, or if the prop or backdrop does not meet individual expectations (such as size, texture or colour). This is due to our prop's unique nature and our backdrop's are printed to order.

All product details and measurements are listed on our website. However, we're certain you'll absolutely love your new goodies.

Delivery delays / lost parcels

We're not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by postal or courier services once parcels are dispatched from our warehouse. But we'll always do our best to assist any claims!

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care to ensure every order arrives safely and in pristine condition because nobody likes a broken prop or damaged backdrop... not cute.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Include photos of both the box it arrived in and the damaged item so we can assess the situation. Please do not discard the boxes until the issue has been resolved.

Failure to contact us within this window may limit our ability to assist you with your request.

We're a small creative team that packs every order with care, so if something is wrong, we'll sort it out as fast as we can.

I have accidentally damaged my props or backdrops, what can I do?

If you have already used your props or backdrops, we regret that we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

We kindly remind you to handle and maintain your props and backdrops carefully to preserve their pristine condition.
