What are your props made from?

Our props are made from a special blend of MDF and a resin compound component depending on the shape and size, making them incredibly durable and able to withstand the rigours of any product photoshoot.

The weight of the blocks provides a stable platform for your products, ensuring they won't fall over during the shoot.

The texture is silky and flat, thanks to the use of a thick matte lacquer paint that also adds a touch of elegance to your setup.

It is our upmost priority to ensure our products are consistent in size, colour and quality, however as our shapes are custom made and poured, each block make have some slight variations.

Our blocks are precious items and paint can chip so please handle with care. 

IMPORTANT:
While the blocks are water-resistant, they are not waterproof, so be sure not to leave them soaking in liquid.

What are your backdrops made from?

Our backdrops are made from high-quality PVC material and printed with latex technology. The matte seal provides an anti-glare finish, ensuring vivid colours even under studio lights. It's the perfect choice for maintaining vibrant hues in your scenes.

What are you backdrop sizes?

Our product photography and videography backdrops are a generous 120cm x 90cm in size, providing ample space for your creative projects.

Custom Requests

We're thrilled to announce that we can accommodate custom requests for backdrop orders. However, please note that due to the nature of our prop production, we are unable to accept custom requests for props at this time.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the size of your order.

Orders exceeding $250 qualify for complimentary domestic shipping within Australia.

Do you ship world wide?

Yes, we offer shipping both within Australia and internationally. Please keep in mind that our shipping zones are based on the Australia Post guide. If you're unsure whether Australia post will deliver to your location, please review their website here.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be imposed by their local government or customs agency. These additional fees are not included in our shipping charges and will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Prop Dispatch: Props are dispatched within 1-2 business days

Backdrop Dispatch: We offer same day dispatch for backdrop orders received before 1pm.

Domestic Shipping: Domestic shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days from dispatch, while expedited shipping usually delivers within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping: International shipping typically takes 7-21 days. Please note that international delivery times may vary. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applicable to their orders.

Please bear in mind that these delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays.

Are there any other shipping fees or taxes?

Yes, customers are responsible for their own taxes and duties when importing into their country. This fee is based on your countries laws.
Please get in touch with your local customs authority for more accurate information on costs.

I live locally, can I pick up my props?

Yes, click and collect is available from our Brisbane warehouse. Please note that our warehouse is not open to the public. Kindly await a confirmation email indicating when your items will be ready for pickup.

Our warehouse address is:
9/104 Newmarket Road Windsor QLD 4030. We're situated next to A1 Framing and Ultra Tune, with parking available on site.

As our warehouse hours vary daily, please refer to your confirmation email for the designated pickup window.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it for you.

However, please note that our backdrops are made to order, so cancellations are not possible once they have been printed.

For props, there is a 2-3 hour packing time per order. If they have been packed, a restocking fee will apply of 15%.

Returns
What if my order arrives damaged?

Nobody likes a broken prop or damaged backdrop... not cute.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48-72 hours of receiving your parcel. Include photos of both the box it arrived in and the damaged item so we can assess the situation. Please do not discard the boxes until the issue has been resolved.

Failure to contact us within this window may limit our ability to assist you with your request.

Can I return my props and backdrops?

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for changes of mind on props and backdrops due to their unique nature. However, we're certain you'll absolutely love your new purchase.

I've accidentaly damaged my props or backdrops, what can you do?

If you have already used your props or backdrops, we regret that we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

We kindly remind you to handle and maintain your props and backdrops carefully to preserve their pristine condition
